Merchant Information Submitted to Register for and Administer Merchant Services.If you are a merchant and register to use our Merchant Services, we will request the information applicable to the Merchant Services you select. To open an account, we will ask you to select a user name and password, and to submit your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, information pertaining to your business, billing and payment information such as a bank account and credit card information, and other information to establish your identity and credit. When you use our Merchant Services, we will have access to your customers’ transaction and payment activities and will process customer information in accordance with the Biller Genie Merchant License Agreement, which is available on our Website.
Customer Information Processed Using a Customer Portal.If you choose to create an account with a participating merchant using our Customer Portal, we will process your personal information on behalf of the merchant including your name, billing & shipping addresses, credit card and other payment details, email address, phone number, products and services ordered and purchased, charges and other invoice information about your merchant transactions, and your transaction, billing and payment history. The credit card or other payment information you submit will be transmitted directly to a third-party payment processor and Biller-Genie does not have access to that information.
